The host Stephen was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome pack and complimentary breakfast items waiting for us. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center. Having a private garage was a big bonus for us. I highly recommend the Granny Flat and will definitely stay here again.

Our recent stay at the Granny Flat was fantastic. The host, Stephen, was very responsive and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the start. We especially appreciated the private garage space for our car, which made exploring the city hassle-free. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the city center and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Stephen even left a thoughtful welcome pack of goodies for us. we had a great experience and would highly recommend the Granny Flat for anyone visiting Belfast.

The flat was absolutely amazing, with a homely atmosphere that blew us away. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the shower was mind-blowing. We were delighted to find a welcome basket with beers and snacks, such a super touch! The fully equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise, and the convenient location meant that everywhere we wanted to go was less than 10 minutes away. The lovely garden with seating was an added bonus. We can't recommend this place enough!

We felt cozy and safe at Bt 9 Granny Flat & Walled Garden. It was easily found and the location was great for us. The beds were super comfortable and the facilities were well suitable. We arrived to a lovely hamper and friendly hosts. The place was clean and tidy and we will definitely be back on our next trip!

Stayed at a place with a charming patio and a kettle, oh so posh! Loved the free parking and airport shuttle. The garden was a hit, BBQs and terrace made me feel like a queen.
